Our daylight studio can accommodate anything you dream up - with room for set builds, furniture and multiple shooting set ups - all with a full, working kitchen and a walk-in prop closet full of unique pieces.

Studio 438 was designed as the most complete single shooter rental space possible in the Greater Portland Maine area. The combination of lush southwest light and a range of window modifiers make the space exciting for natural light shoots. The available hardware, gaff and strobe lighting makes 438 a complete package for the all other still work.

The shooting space measures 22’x35’ with a ceiling height of 15’ within an overall footprint of 25'x50'.
